All orders are shipped within one day of order receipt. We strongly recommend that you stick with the “Economy Shipping” option on our storefront, as it is by far the fastest delivery from door-to-door. It is also a real bargain. (We also use UPS at an additional charge.) If you have an urgent need for your order, ProActive BioProducts customers are often upgraded without any additional charge to a priority status. Just ask us, and if we can do it, we will!

Our refund policy is a money-back return guarantee. You may return your purchase if you are unhappy for any reason, simply by mailing the remaining product to our offices within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.
